Current problems of the application of smart contracts

The article analyzes the current problems of using smart contracts. The essence and specifics of the functioning of smart contracts are considered, their qualifying features and areas of application are given. It identifies the features, technological and legislative problems of the use of smart contracts, such as a shortage of qualified IT specialists, the need to involve a third party to analyze the program code and implement the terms of smart contracts, and the lack of proper legal regulation.
