Relevant prevention problems of the involvement of minors in antisocial actions

The study discusses the involvement of minors in antisocial actions and presents the novel preventive measures in this regard. A crime prohibited by Article 151 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation poses a high risk to society because it affects physical and emotional health of a child going through all stages of personal development and growing up. The involvement of adolescents in antisocial actions leads to the inevitable destruction of positive values, and failure to suppress such an offense results in further criminalization and, accordingly, increased crime rates. Measures taken by public authorities are to prevent this process by identifying and addressing the causes and conditions of crimes and by using a variety of comprehensive measures to protect minors from the impact of illegal factors.
