An offence is a deliberate act that can cause physical or psychological harm, as well as damage or loss of property, and may result in punishment by one or another of the public authorities depending on the seriousness of the offence. The number and forms of criminal activity are increasing at an alarming rate, forcing government agencies to develop effective methods for taking preventive measures. In the current situation of rapid growth of crime, traditional methods of solving crimes are unable to produce results, being slow and not effective enough. Therefore, developing directions for more effective detection of criminal offenses can help police officers, which will facilitate the work of the police and help in preventing crimes.
