In article the main actual problems of development of institute of Comissioner for students rights in the Russian Federation are considered. Special attention is paid to development of ideas of constitutional and legal norms which regulate activity of the students’ ombudsman. An attempt of solution of problems which seem actual today is made by improvement of the current legislation.
