Contemporary problems of small business development in the current stage of the Russian economy development

The article expounds main groups of problems in the small business development in Russia at the turn of the 21 st century. The author considers key areas of the state policy concerning the small business development support, analyzes prospects of the micro-financing application, and discusses immediate measures aimed to overcome crisis effects in the small business sphere in Russia.
