Current problems of the medical services market development in the context of digitalization

The active development and deep penetration of digital applications in the service markets leads to the emergence of new types of relationships between the basic subjects of the service market, including the medical services market. Having significant specifics, the medical services market has also undergone a major transformation in recent years. The purpose of the article is to identify the factors of the advanced development of the paid medical services market in the context of digitalization. The paper analyzes the dynamics of segments of the medical services market in the Russian Federation, analyzes changes in the basic system of relations between key subjects of the medical services market. The research uses the following methods: descriptions, comparisons, analogies and generalizations, analysis and synthesis. The results of the work are the identified factors of the development of the medical services market, based on the use of factors of digitalization of the market space as an area of interaction between consumers and manufacturers of medical services.
