Actual problems of development of intellectual property law

The author analyzes the problems of regulation of civil law and procedural relations in the field of intellectual property. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for the development of procedural legislation on disputes in the field of intellectual property, as well as the draft federal law on amending Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on state contracts for the performance of research, development and technological work. Suggests ways to solve identified problems within the framework of existing legislation.
