Actual problems of implementation and ensuring the principle of the privacy of judicial proceedings

This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the process of ensuring the principle of publicity of the trial. The article identifies and analyzes the problems that arise in the framework of the implementation of this principle, draws the appropriate conclusions and presents options for solving these problems.
