Current problems of corporate contract regulation in Russian law

Corporate contracts play a decisive role in the system of modern corporate law, as they allow structuring of business processes in an optimal way for the participants of business companies. The economic efficiency of business entities depends on the quality of their legal regulation. The paper examines the main provisions of the current legislation on corporate agreements, analyzes the current problems of regulation of this legal structure and doctrinal approaches to their solution.
