Issues controling the process of efficient interpersonal conflicts' management in educational organizations

The article deals with the issue of a “difficult teacher” and the ways of its solving for an efficient management of interpersonal conflicts in current educational organization. The importance of studying internal and external aspects of interpersonal conflicts' management in teaching staff which suggests an active management behavior from the manager's position towards to a concrete interpersonal conflict is demonstrated.
