This article is discussed a complex of relevant indicators of a basic scholastic music education and training. The great attention is paid to the work content and music methodical techniques of influence on the hyperactive pupils with a strongly attention deficit. The article is focused the principles of a music approach to the psycho-pedagogical support of the children in a music training process. In the article a phenomenon of a music support of the child development has got a professional reflection and presented a selection of special organized music-movement exercises. The article authors have determined the pedagogical conditions, being created by a teacher for the pupils' motivation formation towards training and positive self-esteem.
