Actual problems of improving hereditary law in the Russian Federation

This article studies the most important and interesting novelties of inheritance law in terms of effectiveness and expediency of their implementation in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author pays special attention to the main problems of such short stories as a joint will and a hereditary contract. Based on the analysis of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation governing inheritance relations, some legislative gaps were revealed.
