Actual problems of tariff regulation in the field of combined heat generation in the Altai territory

The article presents the relevance of considering the problems arising from the regulation of tariffs in the field of heat generation in the region. The role of balances of electric and thermal power in the analysis of options for the development of energy networks in the region is noted. The organization that implements the federal and regional legislation on tariff regulation in this area is designated. The data on the activities carried out as part of the regulation of tariffs in the field of combined heat generation are given, in particular, work is noted on the development and harmonization of planned balance indicators of thermal energy (capacity) in the region, the preparation of proposals for the maximum minimum and maximum levels of tariffs for thermal energy, as well as adjusting tariffs for a long-term period of regulation.
