Actual problems of participation of state authorities and local self-government bodies in civil proceedings in the form of giving an opinion on the case

This article deals with the problems of applying the norms of Article 47 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, which are relevant for modern legal proceedings. The author examines the theoretical foundations of the participation of state authorities and local self-government bodies in the civil process. In addition, the author reveals the imperfection of the current version of Article 47 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, and suggests ways to eliminate them.
