The article examines the key problems of managing the income and expenses of an insurance company at the present stage of economic development. With the help of a comprehensive analysis of income and expenses of the insurance company "Arsenal", the key factors influencing their dynamics were identified. Recommendations for optimizing the management of income and expenses of an insurance company have been formulated.
