Actual problems in the implementation of the cadastral relations and possible solutions

The article discusses the main problems in the implementation of the cadastral relations in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the specific types of errors in inventory information and make recommendations to change the relevant rules of law in order to minimize such errors. Considers it necessary to create a single state information resources in real estate and concludes that the establishment of such a resource will improve the investment climate in Russia and improve the stability of the real estate market as a whole.
