Topical challenges in human resources management during the period of COVID-19 distribution in Russia and abroad

The article outlines topical problems that arose during the period of quarantine measures in Russia and in the West, in the field of personnel management and the economy. The presence of modern programs and opportunities for training and retraining of managers who manage personnel is touched upon, and the problem in the struggle of interests between the employer and the employee is considered. In conclusion, the article draws conclusions about the tools of collective work during the current period of severe restrictions.
