The actual problems of the restoration of parental rights

Purpose: Identifying and resolving the problems connected with the restoration of parental rights. Methodology: There are used a method of system analysis and a technical method. Results: The article focuses on the actual issues of the restoration of parental rights in the Russian Federation. There are revealed some difficulties connected with the proof of the right to restore parental rights. There are made suggestions on the improvement of family law and the federal law “About free legal assistance”. The article defines the need of a lawyer’s participation on the side of a claimant in this category of cases. Novelty/originality/value: The article has considerable scientific value because it highlights the actual topic of the restoration of parental rights.
