Urgent problems of legislative control of criminal responsibility for violation of electoral rights and the right to participate in the referendum

This article analyzes the current legislation that contemplates liability for violation of electoral rights and right to participate in the referendum. The author determines the main problems which arise while determination of liability for violation of electoral legislation in the Russian Federation.
