With the entry into force of the Federal law No. 214-FZ "on participation in the shared construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects..."Russian civil legislation has received a new type of contract - a contract of participation in shared construction. The law introduced strict regulation mainly in social and consumer relations, which are formed in the construction of housing. Together with this, in practice there are conflicts, which clearly demonstrate the need for significant revision of the Law.
