Actual problems of correspondence proceedings in the modern civil process

In the presented scientific work, the current topic devoted to the study of problematic aspects of correspondence proceedings in civil proceedings is considered. The author gives a definition of correspondence production and considers its main features. At the same time, much attention is paid to the procedural problems that the parties may encounter. The most relevant and controversial issues related to the fundamental implementation of correspondence proceedings are studied. At the same time, the author forms his own proposals for improving the domestic civil procedure legislation, which regulates correspondence proceedings.
