Relevant roles of the social contract as a theory of contemporary state and legal systems

Бесплатный доступ

The social contract theory relevance increases in the twenty-first century as the basis for the practice of democratic principles, transformations of state and law systems, geopolitical alliances and domestic policy. The author exposes 26 relevant roles of the social contract from classical and modern contractualism theories. This method allows the author to group them by major objects, namely: statehood, citizen’s consciousness, public benefit, citizens’ rights, principles of state and society, state guarantor and state monopolies. The result is the social contract theory practical actualization and the verbalization of its specified ways of implementation as state legal reforms and evolutions tools.
