Social and psychological problems of management of modern preschool educational organization

Actual issues of modern pre-school educational organization management are considered. It is noted that the changing socio-economic conditions entail changes in the management of pre-school educational organization, in particular, new problems in leadership are revealed. As a solution, it is proposed to maintain competent leadership in the institution, create a favorable microclimate for employees, and organize social partnership with parents and institutions of additional education.
