Current trends in psychotherapy of anxiety disorders

The article discusses modern approaches to psychotherapy of anxiety disorders of the neurotic level (anxiety-phobic, panic and generalized anxiety disorders) based on the study of evidence-based studies. The main contraindications, targets, stages have been formulated. Algorithms for conducting the main psychotherapeutic methods used to treat patients with anxiety disorders of a neurotic level (cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, personality-oriented (reconstructive) psychotherapy) are presented. The degree of evidence of the effectiveness of the application of specific psychotherapeutic methods and the strength of recommendations are indicated.
