Current trends in the implementation of the "social credit" system in the criminal legislation of Russia

The article discusses the prospects for changing the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation by introducing the advanced technology of "social rating" (hereinafter referred to as the "social credit" system), which is launched and effectively implemented in the People's Republic of China. The current problems of legal regulation of "social credit" are considered, the advantages and disadvantages of this system in the PRC are analyzed. It is also proposed to use the experience of China and its implementation with certain exceptions in the criminal legislation of Russia. The ways of development and improvement of the legal system of our state in this direction are defined.
