Current requirements to the internal environment of the organization

The external environment determines the choice of the organization's management model as a system according to the results of researches and the analysis. The variability, the uncertainty or the unpredictability of environmental conditions becomes its characteristic feature from the second half of the 20th century. Intensive researches and the analysis of the external environment are typical for the management technique based on planning and control feedback. However, processes in the external environment of organizations make almost impossible accounting of all parameters for the long term forecast in management models today and forecasting accuracy on such models depends significantly on many factors. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the internal organization environment with the position of existence of specific abilities and resources for gradual development or evolution and future viability in the conditions of the uncertainty of the external environment again. In this case, strategic management is based on flexible solutions, rather than planning trends and phenomena of the external environment.
