Current issues of the bankruptcy of physical persons

The purpose of this work is to identify current issues regarding the new institution such as the bankruptcy of individuals, study the most important issues of this mechanism as an essential element of the economic sphere, prove the abuse of right, determine possible risks for both the bankrupt and the credit institution and the impact on the system the rights.
