Topical issues of security in the field of relations between a lawyer and a client

This article examines the actual problems of the actual and legal vulnerability of persons – clients of lawyers. Attention is drawn to issues related to the ability of a lawyer to store and use information in relation to principals, with the invitation and admission of a defense lawyer, with negative features of the professional consciousness of lawyers involved in transactions with the investigation / justice and corrupt schemes. The conclusion is made about the need to improve the legislation regulating these relationships, and about the revision of methodological approaches to the training of legal personnel. A proposal is being formulated to supplement the penal legislation within the framework of the stated problem.
