Topical issues of private forensic methodology for the investigation of crimes committed by convicts in places of deprivation of liberty

The article considers issues of the current state and problematic practical aspects of the investigation of crimes with specific location, persons committing them, as well as ambiguous criminogenic environment. It is noted that from the position of the theory of criminalistic science many questions significant for investigation have debatable character caused by the fact that practice of investigation is versatile and changeable, and also is significant for formulation of theoretical bases of the designated questions.
