Topical issues of formation of personnel potential in executive bodies of public administration

Questions of formation and use of personnel capacity of public service of the country found reflection in article. Special attention is paid to factors of development of personnel potential. It is proved that formation of personnel potential in executive bodies of the government depends on a number of factors. The possible algorithm for the solution of the revealed personnel problems in bodies of public service is offered.
