The article deals with topical issues of improving the international legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technology in transport and logistics ecosystems. At the present stage of development of international law, there is no comprehensive regulation of social relations related to the creation and use of artificial intelligence. However, the fragmentation of international logistics and the creation The task of forming an effective international legal regulation of AI is one of the central ones for ensuring the competitiveness of both the transport and logistics industry as a whole, and serves as a necessary condition for interfacing digital services and systems of transport systems within the framework of international cooperation between states. The article provides recommendations on the strategy for the development of international legislation within the framework of the EAEU in the field of AI regulation, proposes a list of fundamental principles of legal regulation and measures to develop the field of AI implementation, taking into account the current socio-economic situation in the world.
