Topical issues of inheritance by law in the Russian Federation

This article discusses the most pressing problems of inheritance by law at the present time. In the scientific work, the questions of the completeness of legal technology, the calculation of the compulsory share, the opening of an inheritance case and others were investigated. When writing the article, the judicial practice and statistics of inheritance cases were studied in detail, which were also reflected in this scientific article.
