Actual temporal questions of operative treatment of femoral neck fractures

The problem of treatment of femoral neck fractures stays actual in modern traumatology. The reasons of this are high incidence of these fractures, which will grow up in a years and difficulty of getting good results, among of existing many different surgical tactics in treatment. The outcomes depends not only on morphology of fracture, but on another factors, such as quality of bone and mechanism of injury. In present article, we presented our outcomes after different methods of operative treatment of femoral neck fractures.
