Переломы шейки бедренной кости остаются актуальной проблемой современной травматологии. Причиной этому является высокая частота возникно- вения переломов шейки бедренной кости, ожидаемый рост числа случаев данной травмы в ближайшие годы, а также, сложность достижения удовлетвори- тельных результатов, несмотря на многообразие имеющихся хирургических подходов в лечении. Исход лечения зависит не только от характера перелома, но и от других факторов, таких, как качество костной ткани и механизма травмы. В данной статье представлен сравнительный анализ отдаленных резуль- татов различных способов оперативного лечения переломов шейки бедренной кости.
