Topical issues of the right responsibility in the sphere of licensing of separate types of activity

In article the algorithm of accountability for non-compliance with legislative provisions in the sphere of licensing of separate types of activity is considered. The modern legislation establishing sanctions of constitutional and legal responsibility is analysed and their classification is offered. Need of fixing at the legislative level of a form of responsibility for violation of regulations of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal laws in the considered sphere, taking into account the principle of the cross liability of an accounting entity and the state is revealed.
