Current issues of the RF parliamentary control legal regulation and implementation

The analysis of the Russian regulatory framework governing the specifics of parliamentary control activities was carried out, the main problems of the implementation of this institution were identified. The article says that for the effective implementation of parliamentary control, the most precise legislative regulation of the mechanism of its functioning is needed. We also considered the model of interaction between the state and civil society. As a result, it was concluded that parliamentary control should be exercised at all levels of government.
