Topical issues of legal regulation of objects of civil rights

The article is devoted to one of the most controversial civil law topics. A large amount of legal literature devoted to the objects of civil law does not remove the relevance of the topic, because there is still no unified approach to understanding the essence of the category under study. The article establishes the range of phenomena recognized as objects of civil law, resolves the question of the relationship between the concepts of «objects of civil law» and «objects of legal relations».
