Current issues in the use of artificial intelligence for solving forensic problems

The issues of the use of artificial intelligence for solving forensic problems are examined in the article. The authors come to the conclusion that there is currently some experience in using the mentioned technologies in the investigative practice and highlight the positive aspects of such digital transformation, which determine the prospects for the further implementation of artificial intelligence. Attention is focused on the fact that artificial intelligence allows solving certain forensic problems in the shortest possible time and at a high quality level. It is noted that further development of the use of artificial intelligence in the investigation of crimes should be carried out taking into account all emerging challenges and threats, especially in regard to technologies and information and in terms of ensuring the safety of the relevant data.
