In this item realized short review by perspective trends of world growth and innovation projects for change-over to the digital economy. Were inspected program of growth digital economy in Russia till 2035, and main directions of Program «Digital economy of Russian Federation». So were determined aims, objectives, problems, features growth innovations in framework of digital economy, and working floors for cooperation by business and state board in this conditions. Was recommended parametric representative type of the main phases software life-cycle and exposed the contents of coined word «Growth of innovations in framework of digital economy».
