Topical issues of semantic uncertainty in legal communication

This article is dedicated to the topical issues of understanding of legal communication and semantic uncertainty in legal communication in the framework of the integral approach. Various concepts of the term “legal communication” are described in this particular article. The author underlines the functions of the legal communication and correlates concepts of legal communication and legal conversation. The structure of the act of legal communication is indicated also. The ambiguous role of the phenomenon of semantic uncertainty in legal communication is analyzed in this article.
