Topical issues of syntax of the Venezuelan nationwide variance of Spanish

The paper considered specificity of the verbal system (paradigm) in the Venezuelan nationwide variance of Spanish. Factual features of functioning for the independent and auxiliary parts of speech, followed with examples and comments, have been presented. Some discourse markers specific for local differentiation of Spanish, also have been considered.
