Topical issues of improving the financial mechanism of healthcare development in the Russian Federation in a pandemic

The article is devoted to the study of topical issues of financing the health care system of the Russian Federation in the context of a pandemic and overcoming it. The dynamics and structure of expenditures of the RF budget for health care are analyzed. The main problems of financing the health care system in the Russian Federation are outlined, directions for improving the financial mechanism for the development of the health care system are proposed.
