Current issues related to the detention and restriction of freedom of movement of minors by law enforcement employees

The article is devoted to the current topic that characterizes the features of the detention of minors by law enforcement agencies and difficulties arising during this process. Crime analysis was carried out in Russia by minors. Attention is focused on the legal basis of the legislative framework of the Russian Federation related to the restriction of freedom of movement of minor citizens. A number of proposals were also made aimed at improving the domestic legislative framework for the detention and restriction of minors' freedom in order not only to protect their rights and legitimate interests, but also to guarantee personal security of law enforcement officials in interaction with persons of this category.
