Based on a brief analysis of the positive aspects of the content and procedure of closed content, and at the same time its negative aspects, an attempt is made to systematize and characterize the most typical mistakes in the interpretation of a closed will by law enforcers, primarily by judicial authorities. Along with this, the author proposes civil law measures to improve the procedure for clarifying and explaining the content of a closed will.
