Current issues of criminal responsibility of medical personnel for bribery and illegal gratification

The article studies features of medical workers liability for bribe taking; analysis of survey on reward for medical service. Suggestions on additions to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with an Article which establishes liability for unlawful gratifications among civil workers including medical workers due to their duties or professional engagements.
