Features of hereditary transmission according to the civil legislation of the Russian Federation

In this article, the problems and controversial issues of the institute of hereditary transmission were identified, the theoretical and practical analysis of the design of the institute of hereditary transmission is considered, the conditions under which hereditary transmission is not allowed are analyzed. The author concluded that in modern conditions of legislative consolidation and on the indication of the position of some authors, the concept of hereditary transmission is quite vague, which leads to the problem of its application in practice.
