Topical issues of initiation of criminal cases, dealt with by the courts with the participation of the juries

The procedural order of initiation of criminal cases, dealt with by the courts with the participation of the juries, is revealed. Mistakes made by the investigation officer at the reception, registration and verification of information about any committed or imminent crimes, are analyzed. Proposals for improving the work of investigation officer at the stage of criminal case initiation are formulated.
