In the article actual problems of compensation to the victim, the procedural costs in the course of participation in the criminal proceedings. The relevance of this article is connected with insufficient development of the identified problems within the industry of criminal procedural law. On the basis of the study substantiates the necessity of the legal to secure for victims the reimbursement of legal expenses from the Federal budget, which must be included in the procedural costs.
