Acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as source of civil law

This article presents the results of research on the role of acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (Decrees and Definitions) as sources of civil law in the national system of law. In the course of scientific and practical activities with the use of a comparative-legal method, some of acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation concerning civil-law norms were examined. They exemplified the impact of such acts on the regulation of civil legal relations.
