The author of the article considers the role of Ancient Greek philosophy in Catechetical School of Alexandria and Catechetical School of Antioch. The purpose of Catechetical School of Alexandria and Catechetical School of Antioch was to synthesize Greek philosophy with Christianity. The influence of the Greek philosophers is conceded.
